Intended originally as an easily accessible, affordable method of self-help, its applications have grown to include supportive use alongside other therapies, as well as providing relief for almost anyone, anywhere (but not while driving!).

Based on nearly thirty years in professional practice as a consultant psychotherapist, it provides practical help for a wide range of common problems by treating their shared underlying causes.

It is available in two, slightly different versions, which complement one another and can be used individually or in combination. Both offer effective relief when used as needed (for best results, daily use is recommended). Listened to regularly, they provided a training in mindfulness, through mental and physical focus and relaxation, to counteract the harmful effects of tension, trauma and stress, and to promote healthy sleep patterns.

The therapy, following the introductory relaxation, takes the form of a pleasant guided personal journey, providing positive support and incorporating special techniques for self-help and desensitisation. To aid relaxation and imagination, both versions incorporate harmonious musical resonances and sound effects.
